Monifa always had a passion for baking. Growing up, she always kept her beloved grandmother company in the kitchen while she baked for family and friends. During the holidays they would stay up until the wee hours of the morning baking rum cake, fresh bread loaves amongst many other delicious treats. These precious moments of bonding sparked her love for baking.
